摘要
Considering the effect of flange limb, the strut-arch model was used to analyze the shear resistance of specially shaped reinforced concrete columns. The shear resistance is composed of two parts contributed by strut model and arch model. It can be concluded that the flange can improve the shear resistance for it participates in the strut-arch action. Then a formula was presented to calculate the shear resistance of specially shaped reinforced concrete columns. Experimental data were used to verify the shear resistance formula. The results indicated that the calculated values were in good agreement with the test results. At last, different parameters including web height, flange length and axial load ratio were analyzed to investigate their effects on shear resistance of specially shaped columns.
