摘要：
The palladium-catalyzed cyclization of N-(2-bromobenzyl)- and N-(2-bromobenzoyl)-sulfoximines affords six-membered heterocycles in moderate to good yield. In both cases, the alpha-arylations of the sulfoximine methyl groups are catalyzed by combination of Pd(OAc)(2) and rac-BINAP in the presence of a base such as Cs2CO3 or K2CO3. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V.
