摘要
To achieve long-term sustainable development in both social and economic aspects needs significant efforts on dealing with organic waste in an environmentally friendly manner, because the benefits obtained by sacrificing the environment today will be double repaid by our children and grandchildren tomorrow. This paper presents a novel research on decision support system (DSS) for managing the interests of different stakeholders within the value chain of organic waste treatment, and this DSS is applied for performing comprehensive analysis and providing appropriate suggestions in the decisional process of establishing bio-energy plant in Northern Norway.
