摘要
The relevance of the study of this problem is due to the modem understanding of the educational environment. The law of the Russian Federation "On Education" at the beginning of the 90s stated the multi-vector goals of the Russian education. First of all, it is the provision of "the unity of the federal cultural and educational space". Thus, the "educational environment" becomes a concept, normatively enshrined. The educational multicultural environment of modem Russia is presented in the article through the description of the functioning of a poly-ethnic school - a school with a multinational contingent of students. This article aims to analyze theoretical foundations of the functioning of a polyethnic school as a representation of the educational multicultural environment of modem Russia. The educational environment should be interpreted as the result of integration into pedagogy. Interaction educational environments and forms of existence-negative imagery and institutions. Thus, one should speak about the spatial approach to the organization of modem education, which defines the conditions that fill education with personal meanings. At the same time, education becomes the space of culture and creativity. The study of psychological and pedagogical literature allows us to state the absence of uniform requirements for the formation of regional and ethno-cultural content of school education. The materials presented in the article allow the teacher of a school with a multinational contingent of students to adequately perceive the characteristics of a multicultural multi-ethnic environment and effectively build an educational process. Multicultural/polycultural education is considered by the authors of the article as a process of assimilating ethnic, nationwide (Russian) and world culture in order to enrich themselves, develop a planetary consciousness, form readiness and ability to live in a multicultural multi-ethnic environment. The fundamentals of multicultural education are culture, education for peace, globalism, integrative processes in education, pedagogical and regional-ethnic culture of the people, respect for each ethnic group with its specific mentality. The leading methods in the study of this problem were the expert assessments of the pedagogical process in a polyethnic school, the questioning of teachers.
