摘要：
Health system evaluation is the most important step, and many evaluating problem possess multiple evaluating criteria. Therefore, this study use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to establish evaluating selection model of information system outsourcing implemented the assist the system analyst, and help the evaluating project more exactly and increase the chances of project success.
