摘要
Vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication system is a part of intelligent transportation system to reduce probability of road accidents. Cognitive radio based V2V systems are getting popularity because of their ability to solve the bandwidth demand issue found in other V2V systems. This paper proposes an economic model for a cognitive radio based V2V communication system using multi-GSM radio access networks in which generic price & market equilibrium equations are given for all players including the primary users(PU), GSM companies, cognitive radio service provider and secondary users(SU). Currently exclusive use model is one of the popular access model adapted by telecom sector but have limitations in terms of spectrum sharing and its efficient utilization. Proposed economic model is exploring new horizons of generating extra revenue using overlay spectrum access method, one of the most popular cognitive radio spectrum access methods. Revenue forecasting using time series analysis has been performed on limited scenario of V2Vsecondary users. Forecasting has shown the boost of 11.82% revenue growth as compared to the revenue from existing exclusive-use spectrum model.
