摘要
On August 7th,2010, large-scale Debris-flow Hazard occurred in Zhouqu County, Gansu Province, which caused huge economic losses. Debris flow occurrence is determined by many factors: rains-storm, economy and society. Based on the reasons above, the author gave an exploring study of the mechanism of debris flow formation in Zhouqu. The paper discussed the development of forest destroyed the ecological environment, the overbuilding of hydropower station loosened hill and non-enough money was putted into disaster prevention. The paper emphasized the making of disaster prevention plan focus in ecological protection, multiple economy and sustainable development.
