摘要
Reaction of the new ligand 2,7-bis(2-pyridyloxy)naphthalene (3) with silver nitrate gives a complex 4, which is shown by X-ray crystal structure analysis to be a six-component (M2L4) molecular box, the sides of which have two bridging ligands and two monodentate ligands held in place by a pi-pi stacking interaction.
