摘要
The development of intercultural skills and collaboration in global teams, is essential for the mobility and employability of university students, educational institutions must promote their development with innovative strategies that transform the training scenarios of a society in permanent social change, one of these is the pedagogical strategy of Virtual Global Teams (GVT). Through a mixed research approach surveying and semi-structured interviews with undergraduate students, and content analysis of their virtual interactions. It was possible to identify which dimensions of intercultural competence (cognitive, affective and behavioral) are favored and which are difficult to work with this collaborative learning strategy and the conditions that the elements of the virtual collaborative learning environment must present to facilitate their development. As a result, some pedagogical guidelines related to elements of the virtual collaborative learning environment to consider when using GVT to achieve the development of intercultural competences are in context.
