Study in the method of predicting the water environmental capacity in a river basin

摘要：
This paper emphasizes that predicting the water environmental capacity is the basis of the total amount control of pollutant in water environmental, and the foundation of water environmental management plan. A method of predicting water environmental capacity was obtained. The method suits in the relevant prediction for the basins of medium or small rivers.
