摘要：

We are still looking for the most suitable answers regarding the improvement of the direction taken by the development and understanding of the EBAO and of the CA in the context of the Alliance, with an emphasis on the evaluation of the future outlooks. At the same time, we are searching for solutions to the confusion or rather to the myths created around these concepts, with the risk that the latter should be used inappropriately by the NATO staff, in their attempt to support the population. The North Atlantic Alliance is very determined to make efforts in order to continue the development process of the two concepts with a view to achieving the established security objectives.
