摘要
Put dead immobilized yeast into column in continuous-up-flow reactor, and study the adsorption characteristics on Pb2+ and Cu2+. The results show that the adsorption effect could be influenced by different pretreatment methods, competitive adsorption of different heavy metals and common ions in wastewater. More hydroxyl, amidogen, carboxyl and other activated groups would be exposed after alkali pretreatment which was beneficial to the adsorption process, and alkali pretreatment is optimal in acid pretreatment, desaltification pretreatment, alkali pretreatment and no pretreatment methods; with each concentration of Pb2+ and Cu2+ 10mg/L, total concentration 20mg/L, adsorption capacity of yeast are 3.871mg/g and 2.514mg/g respectively, and more on Pb2+; as common ions in wastewater, K+, Ca2+, Na+ and Mg2+ affect little on adsorption process and could be neglected. Keywords: Saccharomyces Cerevisiae; continuous-up-flow reactor; Pb2+; Cu2+; biosorption.
