摘要
The three-dimensional (3D) display based on the holographic functional screen is theoretically and experimentally presented. By properly designing the subholograms on the holographic functional screen, the whole 3D light field distribution can be recovered with the recorded angular spectra through the pinhole CCD camera array. The holographic functional screen is fabricated by the laser speckle method. Experimental results show that the fully continuous, natural 3D display is achieved without the limitations of conventional holography. Further improvements could lead to applications in industry, medical operation, military affairs, architecture design, mapping, and entertainment.
