摘要
Time-of-use price is the main measure of demand side response in China, which can alleviate several issues, including large difference between peak load and low utilization of equipment etc. In order to enhance user's response of achieving the optimal staggering power consumption effect, this paper aims to solve the urgent problem of how to establish reasonable Time-of-use price scheme. In this paper, by analyzing the relationship between the electricity price difference and the load transfer rate in each time period, this paper establishes the time-sharing price optimization model of electricity price and user response, and provides the correction method for the model parameters.
