摘要:
The core of Rawls' Theory of Justice is two principles of justice, one of which is to protect all fundamental freedoms (freedom and equality); and the other of which is to ensure equal distribution. It is divided into two parts: the first part is called the "difference principle", which is adapted to the distribution of income and wealth, and the second part is called "the principle of fair equality of opportunity ", which is suitable for distribution opportunities and power. Rawls' theory of justice has important significance and reference value for us to protect civil rights of freedom and equality, and improve a fair competitive market mechanism to establish a just social security system, and to solve problems and achieve fairness and justice.
