Optimal Air-defense Disposition Based on Chaos Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm

摘要
The present paper seeks to solve the optimal air-defense disposition problem for the surface-to-air missile systems (SAMS) by chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm (CPSO). This optimal problem is a nonlinear and NP-hard optimal programming problem which is hard to be solved by traditional optimization algorithm. In this paper, the mathematical expression of the optimal air-defense disposition problem is given. The CPSO algorithm is proposed to solve the problem which combines the basic PSO algorithm and the chaos local search algorithm to avoid getting into local solution. Penalty function method is applied for the inequality constraints in the optimal problem. Numerical experiment for the optimal air-defense disposition problem shows the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
