摘要：
The relationships among absorptive capacity, integration capability, dynamic capability and sustainable competitive advantage are discussed in this paper. The sample of this research has 118 High-tech firms from Pearl River Delta RLS. The results show that: (1) absorptive capacity has a direct positive impact on integration capability; (2) absorptive capacity has a direct positive impact on dynamic capability; (3) Integration capability has a direct positive impact on dynamic capability; (4) dynamic capability has a direct positive impact on sustainable competitive advantage; (5) absorptive capacity has a direct positive impact on stainable competitive advantage; (6) integration capability doesn't have a direct positive impact on sustainable competitive advantage. Based on these empirical results, the issues of how to foster dynamic capability and competitive advantage are also discussed.
