摘要：

ABC analysis is a qualitative method used in structuring and analyzing problems. It can also be used to solve environmental protection problems in timber industry companies. First, environmental impacts must be evaluated and analysed. Then, we try to identify focal problems and determine the quantitative impacts of pollution. The aim of this method is to determine the sequential order of solving environmental protection problems. The paper presents practical application of ABC analysis in the case of a hypothetical timber industry company.
