Carbon dioxide (CO2), digital subtraction angiography in trauma patients

摘要
This article describes the use of CO2 angiography in patients with severe trauma. The authors make their case for the use of CO2 in all trauma patients with suspected vascular injury where there is no possibility of exposure to arterial cerebral circulation. The technique and specific indications are described.
