摘要：
The 4(th) ICSE workshop on "Software Engineering over the Internet" brings together researchers and practitioners that try to use Internet technologies to overcome problems in distributed software development. The goal of the workshop is to exchange ideas how distributed projects can utilize the Internet to overcome communication, collaboration, and coordination problems.
