摘要
Problems of innovative development and innovative management of industrial enterprises are widely covered in scientific literature. The mechanism of innovative development is an integral part of the economic model of the state's industrial policy aimed at protecting the domestic producer. Substitution of imports of industrial products by domestic production for domestic enterprises is a program of innovative development because replacement products for manufacturing companies are new. The process of innovative development is an incentive for technological modernization of production, increasing its efficiency and developing new competitive products, services with relatively high added value.
