In recent years, the need for organizations to position themselves and improve their competitiveness, forcing them to develop a series of methodologies and technological tools to better monitor effectively and inspect the environment to improve decision-making. In this line, technological surveillance stands out as a process of generating value for organizations through the search, capture, and analysis of information sources. In this workshop, we seek to promote the interaction between experts, professors, students, and researchers to analyze the challenges faced by industries regarding the strategies of technological surveillance and competitive intelligence. We will also discuss the use of specific tools and methodologies applied in this sector. Finally, the participants will propose solutions on Technology Watch to be applied to their organizational contexts, and they will obtain specialized feedback to strengthen their scientific work.
