摘要：
To solve knowledge-sharing cost waste in enterprise, structural equivalence analysis is introduced into knowledge management. The exchange of knowledge in enterprise is regarded as a social network. The knowledge network is optimized through analyzing the similarity degree between individuals. The purpose is to reduce the cost of knowledge exchange and avoid the duplication and waste of knowledge sharing. And This research will provide a new idea and method of quantitative analysis for knowledge management in enterprise.
