摘要：
The xenotransplantation in a wider sense means transplantation of cells, tissues or organs among different species, and in the narrower sense transplantation of cells, tissues or organs from animals into humans. In the literature review the authors present some problems of the xenotransplantation: the immunological, filogenetical, infetological and bioethical questions. Finally, they deal with the legal regulation of the xenotransplantation and its deficiency.
