Dynamic regimes of thin-film magnetization reversal with a minimum switching time

摘要
The time of 90 degrees magnetization reversal of a film with an in-plane uniaxial anisotropy was found to depend on the rise time of the magnetization reversal pulse. The minimum magnetization reversal time is realized if the magnetization suffers an integer number of oscillations about the equilibrium angle phi (s)(t) by the time moment at which the magnetizing field reaches the magnitude of the anisotropy field.
