摘要：
The cultivation of innovative talents has become the common goal for higher education development in various countries of the world. To enhance students' innovation ability and entrepreneurial ability, most schools are implementing the Students' Platform for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program with support from the Ministry of Education. To improve the management level, introducing PDCA Cycle into the management of the Students' Platform for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program is feasible and necessary.
