摘要
Ecosystem services (ES) and landscape architecture (LA) research have received increasing attention since the important role of landscape sustainability has been developed. Yet bibliometric and visual analyses of the scientific literature in this field are still scarce. A total of 5,689 publications related to ES and LA research were systematically analyzed and visualized, including basic characteristics, research topics, hot spots, and frontiers, using CiteSpace in the Web of Science core database from 2000 to 2020. Literature cocitation analysis finds 15 cocitation clusters that reflect the research intellectual base. Keyword cooccurrence analysis reveals the top five high-frequency keywords. Analysis of burst detection reveals the research frontiers: integration studies of ES and biodiversity, the application of ES methods in agricultural studies, new technologies and tools that are constantly applied, and the implication for landscape management and decision-making progress. This paper aims to provide a reference for the integration of ES and LA research.
