Design and implementation of web-based platform of inviting and submitting bids for construction project based on MAS

摘要
In order to make inviting and submitting bids for construction projects in an open, just and fair environment, decrease financial power and material resources needed in the traditional method and build an omni-directional supervising mechanism for finance, audit, governments and construction enterprises and so on, which can effectively control all kinds of illegal transactions during activities of inviting and submitting bids at headstream, a platform using multi-agent techniques is built in the field of Government to Business or Business to Business based on the research of inviting and submitting bids and E-business; the flow of business of inviting and submitting bids is elaborated, the architecture of the platform is established; for the key technique of transaction security in implementation of the platform, the public key and symmetrical cryptography techniques are employed to realize mutual authentication and key exchange among agents so as to accomplish secure authentication, communication and cooperation; the game theory is applied to produce the optimum strategies of assessing and bidding so as to automatically invite and submit bids honestly for agents. This platform provides a kind of implementation scheme for intelligentization construction of web-based bidding system.
