摘要
It aims to understand how the coordinator, supervisors and scholarships teachers perceive the processes of initiation to teaching in the Physical Education teacher's induction training, mediated by the Pibid (Program of Initiation to Teaching Scholarships) - UFES. Discuss with Antonio Novoa, Carlos Marcelo Garcia and Vicente Molina Neto about training and beginning of teaching. Search in Walter Benjamin and Jorge Larrosa Bondia anchorages on the concept of experience and in Elizeu Clementino de Souza on narrative research. The results indicate that the Pibid allows collaboration between university and school and expresses a process of initiation to teaching as a formative experience in the teacher's professional development in undergraduate, which motivates to be granted as an institutionalized national policy of initiation to teaching.
