摘要
The current millennium demands better teacher preparation due to the advancement of science and technology, which is why the 21st century teacher must transcend time and space, because information processing has become a key competence in this knowledge society. The main objective of this article being to know the profile of the teacher of the century mentioned above, as well as the challenges they face. For which a combination of theoretical and empirical methods as a whole was applied as multicriteria analysis methods such as Fuzzy Cognitive Maps and the Pareto Diagram. It could be determined that the teacher must be trained and continuously overcome by the change of a highly complex society marked by information and communication in the new globalized order, of different transformations such as organizational metamorphosis, submerged in the complexity of its interactions and its forms of to compete. All this having as a common thread the adoption of new technologies. The exercise ends with the proposal of the strategies that the authors consider should be directed towards the post-pandemic era.
