摘要
Digital Product Development (DPD) covers both product design and process planning in product life-cycle stages. The paper presents multi-view analysis of DPD based on Product-Process-Resource (PPR) model to describe information in DPD and their relationships. Several key concepts are further discussed. Knowledge portal is one of the key concepts of DPD that contributes to reducing unnecessary feed-back cycles and improving effective information flow. The paper employs assembly konwledge portal in aircraft assembly design and assembly process planning. The information considered in establishing aircraft assembly knowledge portal include: product structure and assembly constraints, standard part and typical assembly process. assembly environment and assembly operations.
