摘要：

The development speed in the western minority region has a great influence not only on the whole nation economy, but also on the realization of a comfortable society. Besides region and history, the factors that restrict the western minority regional development are human. resource circumstance and human resource application mechanism. Based on the analysis of the recent western minority education circumstance, the paper puts forward concrete methods to improve the minority education and formulates the western minority human resource strategy according to the recent western region circumstance.
