摘要：
Game Theory method and ESS are applied to study the way how Knowledge Spillover affect the benefit sharing through the trust relationship in knowledge network among the enterprises of cluster through; then we set up a profit-sharing contract decision-making model to find out the optimal interval of the profit-distribution coefficient under the contract; finally, when it comes to the collaborative problem among multiple enterprises, we consider the coefficient' choice can be determined by the weight of enterprises' unit cost.
