Investigating factors affecting the adoption of anti-spyware systems

摘要：
Various factors affecting the adoption of anti-spyware systems are discussed. As spyware makes the Internet a riskier place and undermines confidence in online activities, Internet users stop purchasing at online stores - a consequence that clearly disrupts e-business. The anti-spyware system adoption model was developed based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and previous studies of IT innovation adoption. An anti-spyware system must be perceived as a powerful weapon to conuteract to the effects of spyware.
