摘要
It is important that the rational cutting parameters are selected in machine work for assuring the machine work quality, raising productivity and reducing production costs. But in production cutting parameters are obtained universally by experience or handbook. That has not fit in with needs of the modern machine manufacturing industry because of it's limitations and blindness. Along with swift and violent development of the optimization technique and computer technique the optimization cutting parameters selected quickly and dependably by computer is possible. In this paper, the modern theory of drilling and the optimization technique are applied to the establishment of the mathematical model of deep drilling to obtain the optimum deep drilling parameters, in which the highest productivity or the lowest machining cost are the optimum objective and many constraints are taking into consideration. The optimization is programmed according to the complex method. It has passed the test by the example in computer. A new method is to put forward to select quickly and dependably the optimum deep drilling parameter using computer.
