Entanglement and Squeezing in a Quadratic Hamiltonian System

摘要
We investigate the generation of entanglement and squeezing in a quadratic Hamiltonian system. We first analytically solve the time development of the field operators. By exploiting the analytical solutions of the time development of the field operators, we calculate the entanglement parameter defined by Pezze and Smerzi and quadrature squeezing. We show that squeezing and entanglement can be periodically generated. We also show that the more entanglement and stronger squeezing can be obtained by increasing the nonlinear interaction.
