摘要：

Informatization is a popular word in China; this paper begins with the analysis of the development history of informatization organization mechanisms of Chinese enterprises. As well, the paper analyzes the relationship between the function of informatizational management and other managements of enterprises. Furthermore, the paper puts up with the informatization operational mechanism that regards CIO as the core and describes the constitution of the mechanism and gives a detailed description of the function of the mechanism.
