摘要：
With a view to promote the development of social undertakings in rural areas of Shanghai in the process of urban and rural integration, it is imperative to summarize the laws of social development in rural areas of foreign metropolis, draw on its successful experience, conduct an accurate assessment of the status quo and difficult points of Shanghai's construction of social undertakings in rural areas, and on this basis, propose countermeasures to accelerate social undertakings in rural areas in Shanghai in the process of urban and rural integration.
