摘要
We propose an approximate formula for estimating the stress concentration factor of a V-notched cylindrical specimen with an arbitrary configuration parameter under tension. The formula based on the finite number of values obtained discretely by Body Force Method [1,2] is derived by the aid of a neural network technique.
