摘要：
This paper presents a case study of electrical power quality of Sugar Industry. VFDs are extensively used in most of Sugar Industries, to achieve better performance of Sugar Industry. Initially DC Drives were used, but now a day these are replaced by AC Drives. In a case study of Power Quality Analysis of MALEGAON SAHAKARI SAKHAR KARKHANA LTD, SHIVNAGAR, BARAMATI (MSSK LTD). It is seen that at some place old DC drives has been replaced with latest technology AC drives. But because of variation in the load pattern, these drives still produce harmonics. In order to find out these harmonics, MSSK LTD, SHIVNAGAR, BARAMATI Sugar Industry has grid connected Cogeneration plant. The power quality audit has to be done for the Sugar Industry.
