摘要：
This paper presents a competency-oriented methodology for entrepreneurship training based on the use of Design Thinking. To design this methodology (ToolBoard) a framework of competencies on which to work has been determined. The methodological approach is based on the method of learning by doing that starts from an entrepreneurial challenge and ends up delivering a potentially invertible project. The entrepreneurial process runs parallel to the training process, causing a feedback between the two. The results of the pilot test with students from Spain and Latin America are presented.
