Math on the web for online and blended teaching: Learning theories perspectives

摘要
In this paper we discuss some tools and environments (like LiveMath Maker, Maple Server, MathType, whiteboards) incorporated to Leaning Management Systems that were created for better online communication and online teaching mathematics and how they could be used to implement some recommendations and prescriptions of modem learning theories. We based our recommendations on constructivism and activity theories and illustrate them with examples from calculus, linear algebra and college algebra.
