摘要
Our paper try to drawing up a scheme for principal objectives of spatial planning and explore the responsible role at national in making changes into actual system, of course to identifies possibilities to continuing and make positive proposal for next generation, in sense of landscaping and spatial sustainability. For this reason and according with actual documents in this issue and also with literature in domain, from the sustainable point of view - generally speaking - must be very important as our rulers decisions to be about the countryside and not only about the part of it; they must take into account, for next spatial planning and development of the entire country and this means that it is very important to know every level and location of new housing, roads, and of course, of economic development; also, it's so important the impact of the waste disposal, the use of urban land and buildings. We consider that all these must be made in these increasingly important statements of Government and local authority policy.
