摘要：
Why are so many information and communication technology projects over budget, and late? The aim of this article is to define the critical success factors of these projects which can help avoid these failures. Therefore, the research has been realized in different organizations. The research was especially focused on approaches to implementation, methods, and project management processes in different types of organizations.
