摘要
As an important content of courts' trial management activities, performance appraisal plays an active role in improving trial efficiency, ensuring trial fairness, etc. But along with the implementation of performance appraisal system, problems such as one-sided pursuit of quantitative assessment, imperfect reward & punishment mechanism and lack of comprehensive assessment mechanism has gradually been exposed, thereby negatively impacting the managerial and trial work of courts. Especially under the new situation of comprehensive deepening of reform and promotion of rule of law now in China, drawbacks of the system have become more prominent. Therefore, the implementation status of the system needs to be studied, and the reward & punishment mechanism, comprehensive assessment mechanism and relevant supporting measures need to be improved from the perspective of/based on the idea of system design combining informationization trends, so as to ensure that it can adapt to the new situation, and play an active role in promoting the reform of Chinese people's courts and the construction of democratic legal system.
