摘要：
Some statistical and deterministic properties of relaxed median filters are analyzed in this paper. The root structures of relaxed median filters are derived. It is shown that relaxed median filters form a class of filters with many desirable properties. They preserve well details of images and are robust in removing impulsive noise.
