摘要
This paper aims to understand the practice of remote work, starting from 2020, in the eyes of executive secretaries from the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS). It is based off a bibliographical research about remote work in Brazil, as well as, aspects concerning its laws. We used a Google Forms based online survey in order to collect data. The analytical technique used was statistical descriptive. As results, we observed that the overall experience towards remote work was considered satisfactory, and it is generally agreed that this new format of work is more productive and beneficial when compared to the regular, in-person format.
