摘要
Lower limbs strength is essential to the sprint performance and different training methods diversify performances. This paper has adopted two approaches to study lower limbs training, namely, questionnaire surveys and experimental studies. And 20 college athletes from one college in the experiment are divided into a control group and an experimental group. Meanwhile these 20 athletes are tested before the experiment starts. The experimental group adopts lower limbs strength training, while the control group adopts traditional training. Other conditions remain the same. In the end, the experimental group perform comprehensively better than the control group. Therefore, the study shows specific lower limbs strength training increases sprinters' training effectiveness.
