摘要
The land value increment is regarded as the reflection of social development and urban economy. With the speeding economic development, the urban land value soars rapidly. This paper, based on the land value increment situation of Hangzhou, summarizes the essence and characteristics of urban land value, analyzes the formation mechanism of land value increment, the interaction mechanism of the urban space and urban planning and real estate investment behavior.
