摘要
The effect of the temperature on vibration based electrostatic energy harvester is studied. When the vibration of 190.6 Hz and 1m/s(2) is applied to the vibration based electrostatic energy harvester, power densities are measured in the temperature from 30 degrees C to 70 degrees C Measured power densities don't vary by the temperature change. It is proved that electrostatic energy harvester is resistant to temperature change.
